Aamasade offers 121 and group grief support and can attend your event, she works with a network of various highly skilled grief and loss providers. There’s also offerings for Global Majority specific grief spaces.

Energy Balance & Realignment (ebr). An in-person or intimate group process where personal energy can be realigned. This process supports your access to other options given below.
Grief in the Calabash: Online and In-Person events for our Global Village, those who identify with cultural connections. For example, space will be created for melanin rich cultures as well as those connected to cultural roots. There will be topic focused events throughout the year. Dates tba. Walk & Talk. 121 weekly sessions are popular as an outdoor experience to realign and potenize your energy and focus. At present this is a London based activity. Let’s have a chat if you’d like to book outside the London area.
